The team is dedicated to further strengthening TrueCommerce’s position as a world class B2B service provider, and bringing our B2B managed service to market to make it easy for organisations to reliably exchange business transaction messages with their customers, suppliers and partners.

David Grosvenor

Chief Executive

David leads the business and is responsible for the strategic direction of Wesupply.

David brings more than 25 years’ experience in software sales and financial management to Wesupply following a very successful career at Infor, where his most recent role was Vice President, for the UK, Ireland, Middle East & Africa region.

A qualified chartered management accountant (CIMA), David previously held senior financial positions within both the Food Processing and Distribution industries with Booker and Glynwed respectively. In 1998 he joined iSeries Software house, JBA, as a business consultant before moving into sales. Following the company’s acquisition by Geac, and subsequently by Infor, he held the positions of Sales Director for the highly successful ERP System 21 business unit and Sales Director for Infor’s UK Supply Chain business.

 

Donna Lane

Finance and Implementation Services Director

Donna sits on Wesupply’s board and is responsible for ensuring the company’s financial and commercial integrity and is also the company secretary. Donna also heads up the Implementation team who are responsible for the onboarding of all new clients.

Donna joined Wesupply in June 2000 and has over 20 years’ experience in managing accounts and administration departments in manufacturing, service and software industries.

Prior to joining Wesupply, Donna headed the finance team for a software company that specialised in ERP systems development. She was part of a management team that saw the company grow from twenty five to over one hundred employees in five years after securing Venture Capital funding.

 

Nigel Kibble

Development Director

Nigel, a founder member of Wesupply, heads the Development team and is responsible for the design, development and deployment of functionality for our electronic trading solutions.

Nigel brings 20 years’ experience helping corporations across a variety of sectors achieve competitive advantages, through the development of high-quality supply chain management solutions.

Prior to founding Wesupply, Nigel developed a high availability solution for the delivery of automotive track-side messages. This success provided invaluable experience that helped form the basis of the hosted solution framework being used by Wesupply today.

 

Nick Fernihough

Managed Services Director

In his role as Managed Services Director Nick is instrumental in ensuring Wesupply’s clients receive the highest level of service.

Nick heads up the Managed Services team who are responsible for the day to day support offered to Wesupply’s clients, in addition to the long term control of the application and hardware maintenance releases.

Nick joined Wesupply in 2000 and has 24 years’ experience of working within the electronic trading market. During his time at Wesupply Nick has been an integral member of the Development team involved in developing both the Wesupply application and system architecture.

 

 

Neil Phillips

Chief Systems Architect

Neil joined Wesupply in 2000 and has been instrumental in building the company’s core infrastructure – the servers, networking and security components – on which the Wesupply application runs.

In his current role as Chief Technical Advisor, Neil focuses on innovative and practical enhancements to the Wesupply systems, ensuring the company is able to meet all customer expectations and requirements in a fast-moving technological environment.

Prior to joining Wesupply, Neil worked with a large mail-order company, designing, building and deploying its bespoke order processing and stock control systems. He also worked with an international publisher maintaining their in-house ERP systems. Furthermore, he ran his own highly successful IT consultancy business.
